Our Outreach Committee will announce the 2026 grant recipients, dedicated to empowering youth and young adults with hands-on learning experiences in skilled trades. We’ll also take a moment to shine a spotlight on our Big Impact Circle Sponsors, whose support helps shape the future of construction.

Next Generation
The Spring Fling announces the year’s grant recipients! Learn about the fund and the work recipient organizations are doing to introduce young people to careers in contstruction.
We support local community outreach initiatives that educate young people about the benefits of a career in construction. The programs serve a range of ages, from grade-school students to adults. We provide more than just funds — we also deploy volunteers who share collective insights about the industry and make introductions for those interested in entering the field.
Meet Our
Grant Recipients.
At the 2026 Spring Fling, we announced 21 winners who will receive a total of $172,365 in grants, funding that is made possible by the combined generosity of four key sources: the Spirit of Construction Outreach Fund, the Elsa Heisel Sule Foundation, the Spirit of Construction Endowment Fund, and the Spirit of Construction’s Emerging Leaders. Together, these funding partners helped support these 21 nonprofits advancing construction education, workforce development, and hands‑on learning across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
