Annual Gala
Our Annual Gala honors four incredible Lifetime Achievement honorees whose leadership has shaped the industry in our region and made a lasting difference in our community. With more than 1,200 people in attendance, the Annual Gala is our biggest event of the year and helps to raise significant funds to further Spirit of Construction’s mission each year!
Spring Fling
We support local community outreach initiatives that educate young people about the benefits of a career in construction. The programs serve a range of ages, from grade-school students to adults. Our Annual Spring Fling event is a time to celebrate these initiatives, and it’s where we hand out the new grants for the following year!
Scholarship Breakfast
Join us as Spirit gathers scholarship winners from the past and celebrations the students who have been selected for the 2026 scholarship awards.
What should you wear? Spirit wear from your college or branch of miliary is encouraged!
Lifetime Achievement Event
