Mark Nelson

Mark A. Nelson is a Shareholder & Construction Brand Leader for Neace Lukens.  Mark has 20 years of surety experience and has lead the Construction Brand for Neace Lukens since 2001.  Prior to that, he spent 11 years as an underwriter and managed the Chicago Surety Office for Safeco Surety where he was responsible for a 5-state region.

 Neace Lukens has 11 offices and 550 employees and is recognized as a leader in pioneering programs that address contractor’s risk management, insurance, employee benefits and surety needs.  

 He has served as: The President of Construction Financial Managers Association of Cincinnati, American Subcontractors Association Board of Directors for Ohio and Cincinnati Counsel, Ohio Contractors Association Legislative Committee & Associated Members Executive Committee, and a Member of The Surety Association.

 Mark’s favorite charity is One Way Farm and he enjoys helping coach his son’s baseball team.

 He lives in Loveland with his wife, daughter, and son.
